1. Order Processing Time:

All orders placed on Laboosh.com will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Carrier:

Laboosh.com ships all orders from Dubai, United Arab Emirates via Express Delivery (1-2 days) within UAE. For international shipments it will take (3-7 days) via DHL/Aramex International.  All duties and taxes are paid by Laboosh.

3. Free Shipping on Orders in UAE:

We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders within United Arab Emirates. This offer will automatically be applied during the checkout process, and no additional action is needed on your part. To qualify for Free shipping on International shipments your order needs to be above 400AED+ otherwise a shipping fee will apply at the checkout. All duties and taxes are paid by Laboosh.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking information, which can be accessed by clicking the tracking link provided. You can also track your order by logging in to your account on Laboosh.com and accessing your order history to find the tracking information for your specific order.

5. Delayed Order Movement:

If you notice that the carrier’s tracking link for your order has not shown any activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact our Customer Service team to investigate the issue. We will work diligently to resolve any concerns and ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.

6. Address Accuracy & Shipping Address Policy:

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order. Laboosh.com is not responsible for packages that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. We will only ship your items to the shipping address provided during the original order placement.

7. Signature Requirement:

For orders over a certain value, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure that your package is delivered safely. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, FedEx will make additional attempts to deliver or hold your package at a nearby FedEx location for pickup.
